Great place a little far off.

The view is nice, the room is spacious, staff was great.

The way from reception to the room was way too dark. It wasn't too clean really. At night there was a blue light shining into my room, so I had to close the curtains. It is a little bit far off, so if you like peace and quiet, this is the place.

They didn't clean our room in 4 days of staying, the reception was closed when we had to check out. They didn't give us any information about opening and clossing times for reception. We had to wait a long time to find someone to leave the key. If you are not fan of insects and similars, there's lots of them! Rooms was really smelly as well..

Wonderful

This is located at the beachfront, the sunset was stunning and the restaurant served amazing food. I really enjoyed this place.

The distance to Full Moon party, they charge 250b one way per person.

The room is comfortable but they only clean the room after 2 days,the view and their restaurant area are very stunning and super clean!

Low water pressure! And they don’t have a place or rak to put my toiletries and no place to hang my towel(broken,they don’t fixed it) and I stay in beachfront room

We loved the view and close to the apartment is the secret beach. We love to snorkel there and you can see millions of fishes! It's so nice. We had a really good time, thank you for everything!

Great loction and view to have be relaxed and in the wellness area of Koh Phangan!

Restaurant atmosphere and staff were wonderful! Wanted to goy everyday there. Super good menu aswell.

Reception can be better. It is a bit dark aswell. Too much work and noise being done around the reception garden.

The location to the beach and nearby villages met our requirements. The room was basic but comfortable, however additional storage/shelving would have been useful. Staff were very helpful in moving luggage and assisting us with additional needs.

There was no fridge available in the room to keep drinks chilled. Given the distance and steps between rooms and reception, a phone in the room to contact staff would be most welcome.

Very Good

Beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Bed was amazing, assuming you like soft beds. Room was great and we got one of the cheaper rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

If you have a car parking is tricky as the restaurant is popular. The hotel is at the bottom of a steep hill so not great when checking out with cases. Also rooms aren't cleaned daily. Otherwise everything was great.

Friendly staff. Beautiful restaurant on the Secret beach (but expensive)

Bungalows Standart were accessible by many stairs. Rooms were worse than photos. The rooms felt a mold. We weren't chairs and table on the terrace.

It was good, but if u want everything to be cleaned up every day and etc., it’s not place for u. For EU style of service

Good location, u have restaurant (overprice, but if u hungry it’s good) and coffee “Koh Raham” in 2 min and the beach there is good, clean water, kayaks for rent and etc. Also u can watch fishes, it’s downstairs in the restaurant, just ask there. 7/11 shop in 5 minutes, super good coffee places, restaurants, cafes, Thai food! Wi-fi is good, we watched films online. Staff is super friendly. Pool is ok too, not dirty like in some photos in other reviews. AC worked well, also staff bring us 2 battles of water every day, it’s great when it’s hot outside! Our room was cleaned every 2 day, the staff is super friendly! Thanks! DON’T RENT A BIKE NEAR THIS HOTEL. READ MY STORY DOWN BELOW.

We had rent a bike in a rental like 1 min away from hotel, I’m not sure if they cooperate with each other, but anyway. This mf rental is total scam! They don’t appear on Google maps, I think for a reason! They took a passport as a deposit, and when we came to take our passport, the guy watched at bike we rent and told us that there is 3 scratches and we need to pay fee 4300 bath. THATS CRAZY!!!!! We had taxi in 30 min and we couldn’t miss our flight, so we tried to talk w this guy and explain the situation and the thing that 3 f scratches doesn’t cost 4300 baht, but he just pissed out, laugh and started to walk away because he had “things to do”. So, we payed this scammers 4300 baht so we can have our passport. AND when we wait for a taxi and discussed the situation, the guy near us heard our story and said that he had same experience with this rental, that he payed money too, because they told him about SCRATCHES. That’s how they make money from tourists, taken away their passports and asking for crazy amount of money. This rental located directly near the entrance to the hotel territory. They have WhatsApp number ending with 5487.

We liked the size of the room. The location is wonderful - right next to the best beach bar and snorkeling spot in the direct area. Beautiful natural beach at your footstep.

The hotel is much too expensive and has a run down feel to it. We didn't take breakfast there because it was just deserted; nobody felt like being there. The beach bar (Koh Raham) was brilliant but wasn't part of the hotel. The room was ok (family beach front) but there is no love in this place. Big need for some TLC! All in all you pay for the location, but I would not stay here again.

The grounds and scenario are stunning, with one of the most amazing beaches I've ever seen. The restaurant has been excellently designed, and the food was good. Just up the road are some local restaurants who offer comparable food much cheaper.

Staff weren't particularly attentive, and reception hours are minimal. Booking things through reception wasn't always an easy process. Lack of food/drink options near the pool is a shame. Restaurant prices are (unexpectedly) inflated. Our room needs some updating; when we asked to see the next room-price up, the bathroom was just as out-dated, so we didn't move.

Location is nice by a lovely beach where you can watch the sunset really good. Staff is friendly and helpful and rooms are okay.

Facilities are a bit old and the location is a bit far away from everything. You need a scooter to get around or have to call a taxi, as there’s not much to do within walking distance.

Good stay in a nicely located area

Good breakfast in hotel restaurant. The hotel has a wonderful beach, you also get a discount for the restaurant. Friendly staff.

If you do not have a scooter, it is hard to move around.

The bungalow was very nice, clean with a comfortable bed. The resort is located near a very nice beach and has a beautiful terrace looking towards the sea. The staff is also very helpful and polite.

There is no restaurant, they don't even sell water. The only nearby option is a restaurant outside the resort, which is nicely located but it is pricy for what they offer, not to mention that it is very dark in the evening. Since there are no other places close by (well you have to walk a little, which is OK during the day but not so much during the night since the roads have no pavements), you don't have much choice for dinner.

The beach bar and restaurant area was quite nice. Room is a good size. Bathtoom is a good size.

Service was very lacklustre. I asked for a kettle on the second day as the room had coffee and tea. First kettle they gave me was broken, then when they "swapped" they just gave me the same kettle again, amazingly, it still didn't work. Eventually about 1 and half hours after requesting a kettle i got a working one. The pool at the clubhouse rooms was dirty on check in on friday and was only cleaned sunday while we were checking out. There was now housekeeping during our stay. The TV had three working channels and only one wasn't snowy. The room is very old and dated. The plants infront of the room is so overgrown there is no view. No pool towels available in the room. No phone in the room to contact reception. Topped up the bath to relax but water was so dirty and brown didn't use it.
